Overwhelmed husbands/fathers who are founders with a biz that makes $200k+.
We strive for clear, concise, and honest communication in all interactions, internal and external. We care about how each other feel, but clarity is true kindness.
As we work, we make our work repeatable by creating artifacts (SOPs, etc). We keep all documents that we’re responsible for up to date. We keep our work simple.
We own timelines and next steps, always seeking resolution to open questions, which sometimes means choosing to do less (i.e. deleting low level tasks). We relentlessly follow up and are responsive.
We focus on getting things done quickly and efficiently. We do NOT make decisions by committee - if we disagree, we disagree and commit. We have a bias toward action. Action creates data and data informs decisions. Inaction is the enemy. We take risks. Breaking something is better than doing nothing. Failure is okay.
